Because we're still OTT hyped from the latest episode of PINOF , here's another touching meme but based on that video and if you thought the "Cosplay" video went fast then you've got another thing coming. The simple premise is that every single time Dan and Phil touch but not with their shoulders "because they're touching for almost the whole video" , the video gets faster and quicker until the pair are turned into two screaming hamsters.
